As I mentioned in my Beach Body post, I started back at Crossfit again after completing 2 rounds of the 21 Day Fix. I only had about 5 pounds left to lose afterwards and luckily, those came off within the first two weeks back at Crossfit. Love how switching things up can do that. Here are some of the random pictures I collected over the year.
Our kids even love Crossfit. They love going to Keiki Fit during their school breaks.
It was another great almost-year of Crossfit. Felt good getting a solid workout in on the daily and I loved how toned and fit I became. So why the stop? Well because I'm pregnant again (surprise!) and the morning sickness has begun and it's come with a vengeance. It's been by far the worst morning sickness I've experienced yet. :/ This was good while it lasted though.
