In January 2014, we became members of the newly opened Crossfit Ko'olau. We were one of their first members and we loved it. We were so excited to finally have a "gym" in our area. Although it wasn't the typical workout that I was used to, I loved it. Yes, I died every day, but it was still a nice change from running around the community and it was nice to be a part of the new Crossfit Family. One of my favorite memories from that time was going to the Saturday Beach WOD's and barbeque's. So much fun!
A few months later, I became pregnant with baby #3, but I continued doing Crossfit. (Doing it modified, of course.)
As I got further along in my pregnancy I switched to the 2x a week Crossfit package (instead of the unlimited) and would workout with the Aupiu's on the other days. We would do our own Crossfit "Travel WOD's" outside. Sometimes we'd workout at TVA, sometimes we'd workout outside of their home and sometimes we'd workout at the BYUH parking lot. Either way, we always got it in! I love that I was able to workout throughout this entire pregnancy.
The fit life is the best life.
