Good morning, everyone! My baby is HERE and with his arrival begins a new health journey for me. So I am back and ready to get my life (aka health) back in order.
But wow, it's really been quite a while since I've done anything health related. The last time was in November, if I remember correctly. I was doing pretty good during my second trimester, but once the holidays hit it was over. I never intended for this pregnancy to be that way, but the morning sickness, pregnancy cravings and anemia got the best of me. So now here I am, 2 weeks postpartum, big as ever, ready to get my "life" back in order. Yesterday was day ONE, and although I can't workout yet, I decided I can at least start my healthy diet again.
So here begins my health journey to get my body back after baby #4! Hoping this blog can help keep me accountable, so stay tuned to see how I do.
P.S. How cute is my little love? This picture was taken just minutes after he was born on March 23rd. (Just two weeks ago!) And I am in love all over again. Love you my precious son.
