21 Day Fix done and done.
So in case you didn't know, I was doing the 21 Day Fix this whole past month. I started it on April 20th and ended it yesterday, on May 20th. I was originally planning on doing it for 6 weeks (2 full rounds), but since we are leaving on a trip today, I figured I'd close the door to the fix now so I can take a little break, enjoy our trip and celebrate what I've accomplished thus far.
So I did about a round and a half (one month) of the 21 Day Fix and I am proud to say that I am down 10 pounds! Yaaay! I am so happy with what I was able to accomplish and I definitely think that deserves a break and some cheats, don't you? Haha! But in all seriousness, the fix went well for me. I just used the app on my phone to track my eating and did the 30 minute workouts at home. Some days when I wasn't feeling an indoor workout, I would walk/jog around the community or go to Zumba. I just did what worked for me and my mood.
Overall, I'm a huge fan of the 21 Day Fix Program and really love just how simple it is. There's no counting carbs or weighing foods and yet you get the same kinds of results as if you did. So back to what I was saying before, I am down 10, with (roughly) 20 to go, BUT I'm actually not going to think about that this week because I'm going on vacation, baby!!
